Appointments

vaccination9Consultations are by appointment only, we aim to offer an appointment within two working days. Routine GP appointment slots are for 10 minutes.

Please make a separate appointment for each person wishing to see the doctor.  When making an appointment to see the nurse please tell the receptionist  what the appointment is for (blood test, smear, vaccination, etc) as this will ensure that you are allocated the appropriate time slot.

It is very important that you inform the surgery as soon as possible if you are  if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Telephone Advice

If you wish to speak to the doctor on the telephone or wish to consult the doctor about an issue for which you will not need to be examined, please ask for a telephone consultation. The doctor will then phone you back after morning surgery.

Interpreters

We are able to arrange interpreters in most languages for those patients who feel they need help to communicate with the

doctor/nurse. Please note we need at least 72 hours notice to be able to arrange a interpreter. Ask reception for further details.
